Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bites with ioWHEY
Your favorite no-bake childhood snack, now with ioWHEY.
2 scoops peanut butter cookie ioWHEY
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
Place 2 scoops peanut butter cookie ioWHEY and 1 cup almond flour in a medium-sized bowl and mix. Then, add in ½ cup almond butter and ¼ cup maple syrup and mix again. At this point the batter should be just like cookie dough.
Finally, add in ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips and mix one last time. Using a tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop out dough into your palms and roll into balls.
