Refund Policy
At Performix, we take pride in knowing that you are satisfied. If for any reason at all you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased from Performix, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping) or exchange.
The following are our return policies and instructions. Please be sure to follow them closely to ensure a hassle-free return.
Returns only apply to product that has been purchased from our online store. We do not accept returns for purchases made from any other retailer.
Please be advised that your refund will be calculated using any promotion or discount that was applied during original purchase.
To start a return, email info@performixdriven.com with your full name, phone number, and order confirmation number, as well as a brief description of the reason as to why you are returning your product.
A customer service representative from Performix will contact you within 48-72 hrs with an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) as well as a packing slip that must be included with the package.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. Customer is also responsible for any applicable shipping charges if a new product is desired in exchange for the return.
