Meg Takacs is a former collegiate-level, D1, track, and field runner from Atlanta, who now competes in Ultras and Marathons around the world. She is also the founder and creator of #RunWithMeg, which is an app she created for runners. In her sessions, Meg focuses on metabolic conditioning, Olympic lifting, and runner-specific strength training to help clients gain lean muscle to increase overall power and speed. She firmly believes that supporting and helping her client's to improve their work ethic in the gym, also helps them to improve their work ethic outside of the gym, in all areas of their lives. You can usually find Meg setting up obstacle courses for her clients on the turf at The House.

Andy Speer grew up competing in gymnastics and pole vaulting. As a pole vaulter for the University of Miami, he trained with top strength and conditioning coaches who helped him reach his athletic potential. Originally from Milan, MI, Evan grew up playing multiple sports, excelling in football, baseball, and diving. He went on to become a 6-time All-American diver, setting records at Grand Valley State University where he obtained his degree in Art & Design. He started his professional career as a diving coach and then made the move to NYC to pursue modeling and fitness ultimately landing a spot on the hit reality TV series, "So Cosmo." Evan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is certified in Trigger Point self-myofascial release techniques.
Harris has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years. In addition to working with clients, he is an educator and speaker on the topics of movement health, strength and recovery and regeneration. He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at New York University.

Heidi is a fitness trainer at Performix House where she programs endurance, high intensity intervals, power and Olympic lifting and gymnastics into her client's workouts. Heidi is no stranger to that deep mental push. She has been a runner since she was 9 years old, running competitively through a Division 1 college to completing more than 20 marathons, including multiple trips to the Boston marathon and ultimately into ultra-marathoning. To balance out all the cardio, Heidi also has been Cross-Fitting for more than eleven years.

Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University. Prior to nutrition coaching, he was a professional soccer player for seven years. Since retiring from pro sports, he has worked as a trainer, actor and model in NYC.

Martin Kelly is a certified personal trainer and boxing expert with over 10 years experience in boxing and mixed martial arts. In Ireland, Martin fought alongside Conor McGregor in local shows. He now focused on training fitness enthusiasts and professional athletes in New York City. Mike Bell is a lifelong athlete passionate about sharing the gift of fitness. He specializes in creating individualized functional training programs. A session with Mike normally includes a combination of kettlebells, gymnastics, calisthenics and conditioning exercises.

Mike Medrano, aka "The Ninj," began his career as a trainer in NYC in 2012. His client list includes Andy Cohen, Mark Consuelos, Irina Shayke, Anja Rubik, Martha Hunt, Joan Smalls and many more. Mike started his fitness career in high school as a three-sport athlete competing in football, wrestling and track. He went on to play college football at Monmouth University where he led the team in touchdowns and rushing yards during his first two years and became the school's 6th all-time leading rusher. He also began his martial arts training during college, practicing capoeira under Baiano Capoeira Sol Nascente. He then went on to pursue Jiujitsu and began competing in MMA fights, becoming a professional MMA fighter in 2007 as a welterweight competitor. He won one title at welterweight, gaining a decision win over Brendan Weafer and now competes at lightweight. Mike has accumulated over 25 professional MMA fights and multiple wars in the cage with UFC opponents like Chris Wade, Darrell Horcher and Mark Stevens. He continues to further his MMA education and Jiujitsu training under Professor Jamal Patterson (second-degree black belt under Renzo Gracie) and has begun teaching others to spread a love of Jiujitsu and the discipline of MMA.

Nick Pags is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Behavioral Change Specialist, and Weight Management Specialist. He has been a fitness professional for eight years and specializes in HIIT, training for sport, functional training and behavioral change. He has worked with clients of all ages and athletic backgrounds, including professional and collegiate athletes.

Ryan has been training clients for over nine years and is the founder of Reload Performance Physical Therapy. Yanyah Milutinovic is an IFA-certified personal trainer and is the creator of the Pregnant and Fit App, which gives women tips for exercising during pregnancy. She has been working in fitness for over 16 years. She earned her black belt in Karate at a young age and became the Open World Cup Champion in Karate. She then went on to pursue bodybuilding, earning victories in the Bodybuilding Competition Powerhouse Classic and the Steve Stone Metropolitan Body Building Competition. Yanyah's training incorporates various methods including martial arts style striking, endurance training, body building, power lifting, calisthenics and plyometrics. Her class, Get Made with Yanyah, focuses on body building and martial arts.
