Our member’s health and safety, and that of our trainers and staff, is our top priority.
We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation carefully and will continue to freeze members accounts until it’s safe to reopen.
In a continued effort to ensure members safe return to the House, we have developed an industry leading sanitization and safety protocol. Here are the changes members can expect to see when it’s safe to open the doors:Vigorous Sanitization and Cleaning
Frequent cleaning using medical grade disinfectant, high-touch surfaces and weights will be disinfected every hour, touchless hand sanitizer with enhanced alcohol content per CDC guidelines available throughout the House.
New air filters, more sanitization points, sneeze guards, and signage to remind everyone to play their part will be installed.Limited Occupancy
We will be limiting occupancy in accordance with government guidelines and utilizing different zones on the floor. There will be no equipment sharing. Before You Train
Everyone entering the House will have their temperature checked and wearing masks and gloves will be highly encouraged. Trainers & staff will be required to wear masks and gloves. Staff will remain at the front desk to limit contact except for cleaning and necessary situations.
On the Floor
Sanitizing wipes will be provided, certain equipment will be out of use, and training zones will be pre-booked by your trainer in order to manage social distancing practices. After You Train
Shower and locker use will be evaluated upon potential opening date, lockers will be cleaned every hour, apparel cannot be tried on but returns are accepted.Member Responsibility
We expect our members to maintain social distancing and adhere to the new guidelines. We ask that members with any COVID-19 symptoms or who are not feeling well to please stay home until symptom-free for three days.
We are continuing to closely monitor Federal, State, and City guidance and will keep you updated as we know more.
For any questions or concerns, please contact Chris Howell at Chris@Performixhouse.com.
We look forward to keeping you updated and seeing you soon.
