Meg Takacs is a former collegiate-level, D1, track, and field runner from Atlanta, who now competes in Ultras and Marathons around the world. She is also the founder and creator of #RunWithMeg, which is an app she created for runners. In her sessions, Meg focuses on metabolic conditioning, Olympic lifting, and runner-specific strength training to help clients gain lean muscle to increase overall power and speed. She firmly believes that supporting and helping her client's to improve their work ethic in the gym, also helps them to improve their work ethic outside of the gym, in all areas of their lives. You can usually find Meg setting up obstacle courses for her clients on the turf at The House.

Andy Speer grew up competing in gymnastics and pole vaulting. As a pole vaulter for the University of Miami, he trained with top strength and conditioning coaches who helped him reach his athletic potential. As a collegiate athlete, Andy gained muscle, confidence and an education in training methodologies that helped him launch his fitness career in NYC. Andy's training resume includes:
-Top producing personal trainer at Equinox (2008-2012)
-Appeared in Shaun T’s Asylum 2 and T25 and was the advising trainer for the entire T25 test group and production (2012)
-Founded and opened Soho Strength Lab (2013)

Devon Levesque found fitness at an early age. His father, a professional bodybuilder, and mother, a fashion model, instilled a passion for health in him. Today he trains multiple players for the New York Jets, Baltimore Ravens, New York Giants along with Fortune 500 business executives in New York City. A freak athlete from head to toe, Devon is able to personally create and test workout programs to accelerate his clients' fitness progress. When he gets the chance to take a break, he often enjoys a glass or two of a good Cabernet.

Originally from Milan, MI, Evan grew up playing multiple sports, excelling in football, baseball, and diving. He went on to become a 6-time All-American diver, setting records at Grand Valley State University where he obtained his degree in Art & Design. He started his professional career as a diving coach and then made the move to NYC to pursue modeling and fitness ultimately landing a spot on the hit reality TV series, "So Cosmo." Evan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is certified in Trigger Point self-myofascial release techniques.
Harris has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years. In addition to working with clients, he is an educator and speaker on the topics of movement health, strength and recovery and regeneration. He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at New York University.

Heidi is a finalist in the Women’s Health magazine Ultimate Game Changer finalist. This recognition highlights everyday heroes who are contributing to inspire and empower those around them.
Heidi is a fitness trainer at Performix House where she programs endurance, high intensity intervals, power and Olympic lifting and gymnastics into her client's workouts. She is also the founder of Sweat To Change, a NYC based workout squad that empowers women through workouts with the proceeds benefitting charities.
Heidi is no stranger to that deep mental push. She has been a runner since she was 9 years old, running competitively through a Division 1 college to completing more than 20 marathons, including multiple trips to the Boston marathon and ultimately into ultra-marathoning. To balance out all the cardio, Heidi also has been Cross-Fitting for more than eleven years.
Her personal mantra is 'what would you do if you knew you wouldn't fail?' She takes this deep belief in the power of the human spirit and pays it forward with her clients and her workout squad, Sweat to Change.

Kurt is a former collegiate athlete, turned former banker, turned fitness professional, who has developed a passion and a newfound understanding between the correlation of proper maintenance of "The Machine" (your body) and human performance.
Kurt’s approach to fitness comes from my own personal journey throughout life and encompasses all aspects of one’s life (such as nutrition, career, social circles, spirituality, etc.), in order to achieve one’s fitness goals and an overall healthier lifestyle.

Lance is an IBNFC Certified Nutrition Coach. As a nutrition coach, Lance knows there are no "one-size-fits" all solutions to health. Each client has their own needs and goals, and he takes a holistic approach to wellness. Lance helps his clients optimize sleep, exercise, nutrition, hydration, supplementation and stress management for optimal performance. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University. Prior to nutrition coaching, he was a professional soccer player for seven years. Since retiring from pro sports, he has worked as a trainer, actor and model in NYC.

Martin Kelly is a certified personal trainer and boxing expert with over 10 years experience in boxing and mixed martial arts. He provides a high level of knowledge and experience in all aspects of training. His martial arts background has taught him conditioning and functional movement techniques to optimize performance. In Ireland, Martin fought alongside Conor McGregor in local shows. He now focused on training fitness enthusiasts and professional athletes in New York City. After a careful assessment, he works with all his clients to help them achieve their unique performance goals.

Mike Bell is a lifelong athlete passionate about sharing the gift of fitness. He specializes in creating individualized functional training programs. A session with Mike normally includes a combination of kettlebells, gymnastics, calisthenics and conditioning exercises.

Mike Medrano, aka "The Ninj," began his career as a trainer in NYC in 2012. His client list includes Andy Cohen, Mark Consuelos, Irina Shayke, Anja Rubik, Martha Hunt, Joan Smalls and many more. Mike started his fitness career in high school as a three-sport athlete competing in football, wrestling and track. He went on to play college football at Monmouth University where he led the team in touchdowns and rushing yards during his first two years and became the school's 6th all-time leading rusher. He also began his martial arts training during college, practicing capoeira under Baiano Capoeira Sol Nascente. He then went on to pursue Jiujitsu and began competing in MMA fights, becoming a professional MMA fighter in 2007 as a welterweight competitor. He won one title at welterweight, gaining a decision win over Brendan Weafer and now competes at lightweight. Mike has accumulated over 25 professional MMA fights and multiple wars in the cage with UFC opponents like Chris Wade, Darrell Horcher and Mark Stevens. He continues to further his MMA education and Jiujitsu training under Professor Jamal Patterson (second-degree black belt under Renzo Gracie) and has begun teaching others to spread a love of Jiujitsu and the discipline of MMA.

Ryan has been training clients for over nine years and is the founder of Reload Performance Physical Therapy. Reload was created to provide high quality and goal oriented service to help clients rehab and improve strength and mobility. Ryan specializes in bridging the gap between pain or injury and performance. His training and rehab focus on identifying and removing barriers to success, whether his clients are injured or need to overcome training plateaus. You’ll still get a sweat session with him but it will be highly targeted to ensure you are progressing towards your goals. Ryan is a trainer of trainers and has managed training staffs mentored over 100 trainers in NYC over the last 5 years. He has also taught at the vocational and graduate level and continues to teach movement education internationally to trainers, physical therapists, chiropractors, and physicians. Ryan received his BS in Movement Science from the University of Michigan and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercy College.
